you just have to understand the logic behind it .... if such sites did not exist , where could we have found out about news and offers ? ...the sides have costs and effort and this must be financed ... the mentality of always taking and not giving anything back is stupid and dangerous at the same time ......

I've realized that plugin boutique has endless deals tho lol... Nothing really special about these in particular. If you check back in a month it might be marketed with a different label but there will always be deals there. There are a few sites that operate like this, PB is probably the most popular tho.

 

I do like PB and own a lot of stuff there, but most of these sales are the same stuff, yup (and they'll typically be deals that are available on other sites). A few things I hadn't seen before though, and I decided to buy another Cherry Audio synth (love these), but went to Cherry Audio's page to buy it.

 

half of these are marketed as sales when in fact they went *up* in price. Ujam Usynth for instance was $99 pre order as of 2 days ago. Now its $119 as a sale lmao

Same with Softtube dirty tape. Free a week ago, $35 today as a sale. Tbh ive rarely seen good deals come up on PB- the only being RC20 at 80% off.
