its a sequence patch and rather generic one so theres 100% a zebra preset for it

Not really: sawtooth wave plus filter with resonance way up, and cut off modulated by a random lfo. Free synth 1 or ob-xd can do it (in fact almost any synth with a random shape for lfo).

 

Any synth playing a saw, with a tempo-synced (8ths) Sn'H LFO, or step-sequencer, assigned to lowpass filter cutoff (high resonance).

u-He Bazille has ton of that kinda presets. Open the presets browser, select TAGS, then select SEQ+Arp and you can go to town, or just look at how the presets are made. It's a fun synth to learn with the phase distortion and fm capabilities (plus built in analog-style sequencer), it's not that complicated once you learn it (assuming you haven't).

No, any synth with a sequencer function can do the job, or worst case just use your DAW to make the sequences

 

The sequence pattern looks like the typical "sample and hold" square wave, which in many LFOs is called "random", applied to oscillator pitch and also filter frequency.
The sound could be based on sawtooth, try to experiment with some bandpass filter.
