This is weird. I was reading the Uploaded v Katfile thread and a 10 second(ish) sting of music started playing on a loop in the background. It was definitely that page and not another tab because when I closed it the music stopped. I re-opened the page and the music had gone. Did a virus scan and that came up clean. I've never had anything like that before, either on Audiosex or elsewhere. Just quickly uploaded a recording I took to Zippy if anyone wants to have a listen.

Edit: The Zippy link doesn't appear to be working, so:

And I've probably put this in the wrong forum too. Good work.

Look for a program on your system called fullback.
I've had it happen before also.Exact same music but only when my browser was open.
I'm not sure where it comes from but it's definitely a virus but a scan won't pick it up.
    Neither will malwarebytes.

You can verify it by starting your task manger while browsing.
Delete the program using an uninstaller, like iobit or revo (etc.) and then clean your registry.

I only hear that music here on audiosex. Nowhere else, ever.
And I have no process, service or application called fullback.
    Nothing in my registry either.

Could this maybe be music from an ad, that is playing? Cause it just sounds like that.

I once proposed Saint to open an Audiosex web radio, with all the music supplied by the users. The project was eventually aborted (I don't remember why), but I still think it was a good idea

Have this problem too. It happened at least 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months IIRC, and I'm 100% sure it happened only here on audiosex. I simply deactivated audio on the page from the firefox tab and didn't think it could be a virus or something but I want to know where this come from. Anybody have this problem too, know the cause and the solution? If it's a virus why does it affect only audiosex?

Same. Only on Audiosex, and no weird processes on task manager.

    I just gotta laugh, lmao...

I ask though, are u guys signed in when this happens? I noticed when I'm not signed in, I get weird pop-ups and such. Also, chances are, web-based issues such as these won't appear as a virus, because most virus cleaners don't clean web-based content, only local-based content. If this appears when u open a web page, it's a web-based issue, I would guess. If the issue is indeed web-based, then I would look into adblocking triple strength, I don't believe it's a virus. The music deffo sounds like an ad of some sort, probably an embedded video that won't show but the music plays. There are a few embedded ads on AS, one I keep noticing is very hidden. I'll try and put up a screenshot

No, no I wont put up a screenshot, lol

your image link works, you just have to paste it. or get the .jpg extension url by visiting first, then link it.

in either browser I use (safari or opera), that is an animated usenet.nl ad. and has no sound to it. below the comments text box.

Fuck's sake, it's playing right now on the very thread I created to complain about it. It's almost as if it's deliberately tormenting me.

I can confirm that there is no sign of this 'fullback' on my computer.

@B00nD0ggie The image you posted refers to the sister site, I'm talking about here, Audiosex. I am always logged in, and always have an adblocker and Ghostery running.

It's heartening to know that I am not the only one experiencing this, but the question remains, what the hell is it?

@Yuri, my bad, I read wrong, but my point is that ads hide everywhere, very sneaky! Still, I doubt it's a virus, It's likely an ad that cant run properly. U can also hit f12 if you're using Chrome (Brave) or firefox, and inspect the script, u should be able to suss something out. Look for audio or video files types, mp3, mp4, ogg, mpeg, avi, et c. I pulled up the script and don't see anything.
Also, try resetting your browser, or using another browser, like IE, Edge, or Safari.

I've also listened to music suddenly in a page here. I think it's an advert but refreshing the page with F5 took it off.

I never had this happening to me. You might want to get Ublock Origin extension. It does its job very well and works on multiple browsers.
