I am looking for a vst or tool that can create various variations of a certain midi melody.
Scaler 2 or Orb Melody doesn't work for me. Orb Producer suite works well with together but final result belongs ai.

I found that Indiginus Renagade Kontakt library. It does exactly what I want but the variations are very limited it doesn't give the final output as midi because of it is not midi tool.

I don't know if this what you might be looking for. Captain Melody (Part of the Captain Plugins bundle) can import a MIDI file (let's say just a melody) and then you can modify it to taste. Here you are some videos on how to import a MIDI file into Captain Melody and on how to use the idea tool.
