I try in the last time again and again to produce beats that should sound Arabic, oriental, Balkan....
but for some reason it never really works.

Could someone who knows music theory tell me if these songs have one or more instruments in them which is microtuned ?
Why else does it sound like that?

You can also sounds like the videos you posted, in standard tuning .... provided you play in the appropriate scale ( LEARN THE SCALES )

In europe we usually have the "chromatic scale". It sounds pretty straight and hassle free.

The Arabic scale differs significantly from the Western one. In western music, ie in western Europe, there are 7 “white” and 5 “black” keys on the piano. This octave (C to c) is divided into 12 intervals (semitones). However, the classical music of Arabia can be played with 17, 19 or 24 intervals in the octave. Stringed instruments and the human voice are able to reproduce these tones “between” the intervals of the piano octave well. These “quarter tones” are alien to Western musical perception.

1.) Types of scale

I think that the examples are having some Western Chords with an non Western Scale as Melody over it .

I mean the Western Chord Scale must fit with the Melody .

And how is it possible to make in the Daw ?

Pitchbending is technically microtuning.

 

is it such a bad idea to study at least the fundamentals of music rahter than playing with knobs and shit waiting for a preset and an arpeggiator to do the miracle?

 

Meh, not really since bending is not really tuning in my eyes
It's a temporary thing, while tuning is a permanent thing

Specially when you're a guitar player, it’s a big difference if you bend a note or tune your guitar

I guess youd feel better with micropitching instead of microtuning them.
