    Certainly worth a try, it will not take you long to register.
    However, as I described above, you can't upload third-party .TСI files. This is unfortunate.

    Yes, TCI files are samples libraries for the Slate Trigger plugin. Many drum sample library developers like GetGood Drums, Naughty Seal Audio, etc. also include TCI files along with their products.
