Hey audio sexers!

I am in somewhat of a dilemma right now and I could really use the opinions of some smart sensible audiophiles.

Before I found audioZ, I would randomly buy whatever plugins I thought I "needed" or I thought would really help me make better music... not a very wise and financially smart decision, I know.

But over they years I have accumulated some plugins which I paid full retail price for, but have wound never using... I literally deleted them from my HDD and never reinstalled them.

I recently lost my job am now in a place where I am beginning to sell most of my studio equipment in order to help with rent and other monthly expenses.

However, I have about 3 sets of plugins which I own the complete licenses too that I would like to possibly sell. I understand that it is hard to sell software, especially when awesome sites like AudioZ exist to allow you to download whatever you want.

I was just wondering if anyone has any Ideas how I can sell the plugins, complete with license and all. I am open to any suggestions you guys may have. Thanks a ton!!

I am also looking to part with a Future Retro Xs Semi-Modular Analog Synthesizer - which is in perfect mint condition, and has been sitting (covered) in a smoke-free studio for 9 months now with no use Sad day I know, hurts to part with such a monster.

No, that doesn't have to be illegal at all.

I'm afraid you will have to check the rules for re-seeling at every company individually, as they can differ strongly.
From "no problem" to "yes, but 100 dollar for the new registration" to "no way", everything is possible.

So it depends on the manufacturer of the software.

Hm, it's hard enough that you've lost your job. But you may know how hard it is to sell music...
Even more software! I would suggest you to ask first the people around you, friends etc...
Or maybe in a music store where they sell used instruments.

I was in a similar situation years ago - i needed money to buy a flying ticket.
So i went to a shop and offered them my loved OVATION guitar.
After just a few weeks it was sold! That was luck.
