Ok.... These are two soundtrack songs that I am sure people have slept on or didn't know existed!

"Horror Express" (End Title) · by John Cacavas

Al Capone (The Untouchables Soundtrack) · by Ennio Morricone

I want this song played at my funeral.

Had to revisit this thread cause I was feeling nostalgic again. You reminded me of one of my favorite films if not the favorite from back in the day. A film about reality where other films are more than predictable this one ended in such a sad and unexpected way. Still I don't know any other films that went against the grain harder than this one. It puts other films to shame.

I don't want to spoil it for anyone that hasn't seen it but it didn't invite a sequel in the best way possible. Anytime I come across any mention of Gladiator, I always get ported back to fond memories rewatching this film until my TV faded color.

Dropping this whole soundtrack for myself so I can find it later. Such a beautiful soundtrack. I actually think it's up there with how epic the Halo soundtrack was, maybe Gladiator even better or at least the main closing theme is to me anyways.

Nice one. I rather prefer this one since, you know, I'm as religious as it gets:

Big screen/projector and people dancing MANDATORY

The epic blues-movie. The epic search for the 30th song of Robert Johnson. Ry Cooder, Sonny Terry, Steve Vai. No further comment. :)

Homeboy. The best Clapton-Album Clapton has ever made. IMO. The movie is soso. Anyway, the soundtrack blows me away.

Of course. Twin Peaks. Together with Blade Runner one of the mothers of all Soundtracks. Angelo Badalamenti at his best.

Raumpatrouille - a German TV-show from the mid 60s. It is said, that that was the template for Star Trek. Could well be. Soundtrack is from Peter Thomas, a real unsung genius.

Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid - the only Dylan-album I own and can stand. First appearance of "Knocking on heavens door" in this movie. Movie is with Dylan and Kris Kristofferson.

Bandits - a German (cult) movie. Fantastic movie, fantastic soundtrack

You're fucking right, who needs to mosh at a Slayer show when you have churches that go harder? lmfao I love vids like that. For the most part I've been in circle pits where we basically run in a circle and push people a bit. I've been to some shows that's like this church service that will swing, punch and kick like I'm at my first hardcore/metalcore show. I always feel bad for anyone that comes with their glasses. Those don't usually survive till the end.

Sorry I get carried away, I really like soundtracks to anything...:blues:
We simply just don't get that type of music in anything else.
We need squiggly air to match the emotions of dialogue and picture.
Without a soundtrack, the movie is awkward at best.

Nothing will ever better this soundtrack. I had it playing when I walked past Mt Ngauruhoe (Mt Doom) in Tongariro National Park a few years ago when I was on holiday. Epic as fuck:
