I have tried two different download links now, and the same problem occurs. Are you saying it will work if I re-download the same file again?

The first thing I would do is turn off the antivirus software.
Sometimes a file is packaged incorrectly or is damaged. I would download the same file again.

I have tried 3 different links now and they all say the same. I wonder if it has to do with it being a ".001" and ".002" file? Because the .rar files works perfectly.

Note:
1. This happens when you have to batchmod the file in show package content\MacOS\ to fix the permissions

2. get the free batchmod app online. Drag the file into it and on the left choose root, on the right admin. Then check everything and apply. then try the installer again.

3. This is not related to permissions. iZotope Installer should not be extracted, even if you do this well you will get "error creating uninstaller". The best way is to download the demo (.dmg) , install and patch.

 

Okey so just to get it right, you are telling me to do step number 2? I am not sure how I can download the demo (.dmg) file if there is not one?

 

I have tried numerous of other unarchivers, even paid for one.

I am pretty sure writing Izotope would not be the best solution, since it is a cracked version at the end of the day.

For future installations, should I install the .dmg files, over .001 and .002? Or is there any difference? Last time I tried with .002 I could not extract the files..

 

You should get winzip to open up multi rar or 7z files and get it from TPB. I have never had an issue like this on mac, if it was an issue it was because I was missing one of the 9-15 files on those ridiculously large files... I also wish these uploaders would make a single download link for us premium folks... I paid for premium to not have to download 30 different 400mb files... shit gets annoying sometimes

 

Ye.. I have tried installing this 3 different times, with 3 different links, took me combined 9 hours just to download these files haha. A bit annoying, but hey, you get it for free.

 

In the rare instance where I've struck a corrupt part prohibiting unRAR-ing an archive I have either downloaded again from the same source or downloaded the same archive from an alternative host, then unpacked with no more hiccups. Good to see yer good now.

 

You will get all sorts of stupid meaningless errors when something is not codesigned properly.

Damaged files, corrupted, reinstall, and a bunch of other error messages will display. They are usually random BS errors. It will never show as a "codesign issue" when it is.

You should always use Keka to extract archives. "The Unarchiver" should be your last resort, not the other way around.

I have this release installed and it works fine in Mojave. But I do not use FFS to download anything.

I found out what the problem was with this download . Each file has a different name on different upload sites . To get it to work I had to download the files both from same site I used rapid for both downloads and it worked . When I first tried using 2 different ones I soon realised it was because Moria named the downloads different on each site

Different names, you can just rename them to have similar names.

@White House Door have you tried Keka? Did you have adblock enabled when you downloaded?

 

Ye I bought Keka, but still same problem. And yes, I downloaded with Adblock on, I believe.

 

I wasn’t aware you could rename the zipped files to something else without getting errors when extracting . Yes I used Keka and it kept throwing errors untill I download both from rapid . I didn’t matter anyway because it wasn’t the advanced version Packed. When I checked standalone it was the elements version. You could tell that from the missing plugins . Even though the missing plugins was there in au vst the standalone was still showing the elements version.
