I read something about him misbehaving, and insulting people...? He changed his profile name to "hkp" and was last active Nov 29 2013??!

WTF!

What did he do, what happend, why the fuck did I missed this...
I kinda liked HK, he was really into the forum and the community, and startet a lot of cool community projects. Bst example is the AudioSexed album... Okay carl had the idea, but HK organized the whole thing. He really put a lot of work in this.

Kinda sucks he isnt a part of the community at the moment!

I find that rather odd myself considering he's a cool Aussie. Regardless, I'm sure everything is all good now since the only thing different is his change of name.

I think that the most important thing to remember is that we all sometimes don't handle things the best that we can and it's good to keep that in mind and be accountable for it. HK was a good guy and it's sad that he would let something so trivial stop him from partaking in the forums. A bunch of us even PMed him and I told him the story of the only warning I receieved here. I was in the right but also should have handled it differently and so I accpeted responsibility for my actions. If I hadn't then everything that came after would simply have ceased to exist and that would be a shame. The warning wasn't even given by me, SAiNT actually gave it to him. I still hope that he can see past it and return just like I did.

 

And who is OrganicSpaceRaisedMoonBeef? And WTF did I missed that, too???

Perhabs HK will be a bit mad for a while, then return? We'll see...

But just because Im curious, what was the reason for HKs warning? I wrote shit too, perhabs insulted members. I guess we all did that somehwere on our way here. But usually SAiNT isnt too strict when it comes to language and stuff... So what exactly did HK say?

 

Wouldnt surprise me if it was for something in bad taste, hes a 'bit' brash.

It wasn't one thing, HK was warned because SAiNT observed it over a long period of time.He never even said anything about it until others began bringing it up and then he had to.

OrganicSpaceRaisedMoonBeef beef was BuroakenSowend, a really nice helpful guy.

 

So sad that we lose members of this community from time to time.

Alas, tis the same old chestnut wherever upon the iNet you might roam. Peeps you have down as being jolly decent suddenly remember the fallen side of their nature and indulge in a little pride or ego flexing. Near enough ALWAYS turns out to be those that you would least expect it from. Dunno why, but usually the melt down is pretty extreme and can get quite dark and dirty.

I am also in the dark regards HK, and was also under the impression that he was amongst the "good `unz", but there you are, case in point.

TBH, I`ve had my eyes on the OP, "Someone", for quite some time expecting him to be next to "go loco" and "take the dive!" It`s that avatar of his, very shifty eyes, definitely one to watch out for.

 

He didn´t want to say so much about his decision, just that he needed some time off, so I don´t think it`s all about the warning stuff. *no*
So it´s sad that he´s not here now, but there´s a lot of people here living tough times so we have to respect his decision. *yes*
It´s not about who had the idea, we all know that his role was determinant to put the album stuff together. That´s why we are a little shocked
We need to keep making music and give a hand to Cat if he need it to maintain the spirit.
With some luck maybe he`s reading all this now and he`ll come back before the album is out to include a minimal track in the art piece.

He is one of the good ones, they get warnings too from time to time. It happened to me when I was attacked by a member for putting up something about hardware encryption and how it's not always a good idea. I basically told him to fuck off and both of us got a warning after our comments.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. It's great that some people have offered to help because I'm doing all I can right now and my computer is not making it. In fact I don't think I could stay on course with all the projects if it weren't for them. So thanks mates.
