A combination of FabFilter, Plugin Alliance, Slate Digital and Soundtoys plugins. Secret weapon would probably be FabFilter's ProQ3 as it ends up on almost every track but it's not really a secret anymore. For a less known brand check out Liquidsonics reverbs, Seventh Heaven & Cinematic Rooms are second to none and simply outstanding

Depends on what I'm doing but I really like cytomic the glue as well as big blues' limiter & compressor.

Also the Traktion Daw Essentials, which don't get the attention they deserve.

Korg MDE-X - The polysix ensemble, you can make one OSC with one voice very phat with very low CPU usage.

And it has such a retro feeling to it.

Some members of the Gem series by overloud here. I try to stay ananog ITB as much as possible and with their low cpu footprints, I can comfortably insert many on all tracks. Normally all my mixes sound practically similar and analog and thanks to them, I have come to understand it's not totally about quality but workflow. All tracks will have Tapedesk first, then whatever plug-in based on the material. Sculptube is my favorite tube saturation and distortion unit, their Comp 670 is the best Fairchild for me ITB and their Comp G sounds better than SSL version. The only plugs I use out of their collection is crave eq, soundtoys echoboy and microshift, fabfilter pro-ds and pro-l and u-he satin (for mastering purposes). In general, my plug-in collection consists of just 20 plugins, 15 effect processors and 5 vsti, and no audioz syndrome :dont:
and this is helping me complete projects almost instantly and thus more clients.
Edit: recently, I'm trying to incorporate Fuse Audio VCS into my workflow and if it finally sits in, that's about 3 or so plug-in types deleted (check it out guys, it's actually on my to-buy list for early next year)

I'm big fan of Overloud GEMS too, but barely using them,
recently I'm enjoying some Analog Obsession plugins - they aren't really competing with Overloud, but still offer some very nice plugins, being all free is just a bonus

it really depends on the job but the one that one that always saves the day is abbey road chambers

when i record anything in mono the first thing i do is i add a abbey road chambers plugin

even when i am using pro libraries if the sound is too sharp abbey road chambers solves the problem

for vsti i would say its kontakt

It's a specific Nebula preset used on a particular frequency range, but that's all I am saying :)
