No way you're going to get the exact 100% copy of the sound. But it sounds like a real upright to me. Tons of upright libraries out there. If you use Ableton, it has a nice one.

For 3rd party:
- Sampletekk Vertikal sounds very close to this.

 

It (reverse piano note) is pretty simple actually:
Play a low note on the piano. Record it or bounce it to audio if you only have piano library in Kontakt, etc. Reverse it and trim/fade/edit to taste (cut it off just before the transient/attack at the "end"). Roll off the lows (low shelving attenuation or highpass). Done.

That's the "reversed chord" trick.

Decide what chord (or note/s) you want that effect on

Play and record them to an audio track in your DAW at what ever velocity and sustain works best for you.

You then take the recording and reverse it so it plays backwards, placing it in your composition so that
the "reversed" chord ends a fraction of a second before the next bar starts (play with the gap to see what sound best).

In the video the reversed chord is quite short so YOUR chord will not need too much sustain.

To help it sit in the track you could try adding a LITTLE bit of reverb to the reversed chord as
an effects buss. Try something like a 0.5 sec - 0.9 sec decay time and high pass the REVERB (not the reversed chord)
so that only the mid-high - high frequencies of the reverb make it through to avoid unwanted mud.

I've used this trick in some of my tracks to great effect.
