The Most CPU-friendly EQ with Built-in Audio Spectrum Analyzer?

    I have to say DMG Equick for low cpu, great sound. Otherwise DMG Equilibrium and SSL Native X- Eq 2.

    I'm not sure it's the most CPU friendly, but Toned-MAX from LVC-Audio is a damn good equalizer. It can get very heavy if you set oversampling to HQ, linear phase and x16, but as long as you are not using any dynamic nodes or saturation you don't need oversampling enabled.

    EQuick is also one of my favorites, but I don't really compare it to Pro-Q 3 as it isn't a dynamic EQ.

    HoRNet Total EQ is another really good one that's also very cheap!

    EDIT: Just noticed this thread was over a year old :rofl: I'm guessing that you already have found your EQ!

    Whatever you do, stay away from Soothe2, unless you have a 32 core CPU......
