I tried to get rapidgator premium using a prepaid visa, and it denied the transaction. Then I went back through the same process to try to pay again, but instead of taking me to rapidgator's internal payment page like the first time, when I clicked on "Visa", it took me to an external website called "accountlicense.com" and asked for my card information. It seemed to know my account info from rapidgator's site, like my email address and stuff, but it was still weird being randomly redirected like that. This was despite me clicking the exact same buttons as the first attempt. That kinda spooked me, because why would a company randomly switch you from using their internal payment system to an external payment processor, for no apparent reason, without notice?


So I'm trying to decide if its even worth pursuing a premium account. Has anyone ever gotten rapidgator or uploaded premium accounts? And if so, how was it? Was it worth the money? Did anything sketchy happen with your info? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

I had uploaded accs . They worked without problems, I used Paysafecard as Payment service so no Problem with Credit card data . (I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to these things ) Also I use disposable E-mails . Just to be sure

A giant hell yes from me... at 15 a month for unlimited downloads and no file size restrictions... rapid has allowed me to amass an arsenal of 10's of thousands of dollars of stuff for a fraction of the price... and check out freednb... if your into jungle music, they use rapid for the vinyl rips/flac...

Hell imagine having the plugin alliance bundle (which is $20 a month for the full bundle) and owning it via rapidgator links, IDK its a treat, i'm running out of storage and I have 10tb in back up drives...

 

I have had rapidgator for years and it is definitely worth it

Another vote for real-debrid after using Oboom, Rapidgator and Uploaded I also struggled sometime with payments, once through a reseller and had to message them for my code. I even reported to Rapidgator and they didn't seem to care that payments weren't being accepted.
Prices for Real-debrid are also really, really cheap too, super bonus.

I use Alldebrid and works really nice, both uploaded and rapidgator, small and big size links works perfect, some months ago they had problems with rapidgator (small size links) however they made a huge update in their system and now worth it. Btw AD is cheaper than the rest is the subscription plan.

 

Uhm, how can you use RD to download RG links?

 

You just copy and paste links on home page then click 'Unrestrict my links' or use JDownloader/Pyload/Chrome plugin. If you go to home page and look in the bottom right hand corner it shows all the hosters supported as well as Torrents https://real-debrid.com/

another vote for real-debrid from me. it's a heck of a lot cheaper than rapidgator premium, but you still get premium access to rapidgator, uploaded and about 40 more hosters. another thing that you get which many people fail to mention is virtually risk-free access to torrents. real-debrid downloads the torrents for you (usually within a couple minutes or less) and then gives you private link(s) to download the torrented file(s) at premium speeds. and you can configure your settings to download files via secured port.

 

So what you guys are saying is that if I get Real Debrid or Alldebrid instead of Rapidgator, I pay less and I can still get the same amount of Rapidgator downloads? I have to renew soon so any input is appreciated.

FWIW I've been using Rapidgator and had minimal problems with them on a 6 month sub basis

I had days with 50GB without a Problem

I used to use a service called LinkSnappy, which is (in my opinion) the better version of read debrid.
Besides downloading from almost every hosting service, it also allows downloading torrents anonymously
because the torrents get downloaded to their servers, you don't even need your PC running.
When it's finished, you can dl it directly like it would be a RapidGator link.

Problem was, it was quite slow compared to a real RapidGator Account. I got something like 5MB/s
while I get 60MB/s with the RG account (40MB/s with VPN). Same applies to real debrid.
It's nice to be able downloading from every service but the speeds are crap.

So in the end I went back only having 1 RG account and I'm very fine with it.
It's 3,5GB/min vs. 300MB/min

 

rapidgator via bitcoin has been solid

 

I don't know about Real-debrid but I have been using rapidgator premium this month for the first time ever and I can honestly say it is totally worth it. All I can say is that I have been using torrent for years and I am amazed by the speed and quantity of stuff I have DLed in a short amout of time.

I don't see how Rapidgator can allow non-RG accounts to download at the same speed as customers who bought directly from them. It makes no sense from a business standpoint. Unless the merchant payment processors they use are gouging customers when they buy from Rapidgator?

Yes and no. I dont think its worth having as something always on. But once every few months or when a big release is happening I will buy Linksnappy for a week or so.
Link snappy combines uploaders into one. Instead of paying for rapidgator and upload. You just pay for Linksnappy and its able to download from all of them.
plus like I was saying earlier I only like to buy for limited period, Link snappy is great because it offers down to I think 3 day subscriptions for real cheap.

Are you just saying this as a hypothetical, or are there actually torrents of the PA stuff? Because they're one of the few brands I haven't been able to find anything from. PA and Softube especially never seem to come up anywhere that I've seen (after about 2012).
