I am seeing a weird issue that cubase is not loading when I load it but it loads when deactivating all my plugins.
I am not sure which plugin is causing the issue.
I don't want to rework on all the plugin moves I have made so far.
Any idea on how to open these?

What I would do is save it under a different name, start removing them one at a time, save it under that same name each time you do, and eventually you should find the offending plugin, it's time consuming, but it's the only way I can think of

 

Just re-install cubase, you wont lose anything but it will reset everything.

 

Quicker way is to move half the vst's to another folder and try to load cubase again.
If it doesn't load, remove half and try again, if it loads, then try it with the half you removed.
Repeat until you have just the bad vst left.
Much quicker than doing it one at a time.

 

Thanks Willum. I was able to find that the Kush audio plugins were causing the problem.
Removed them and it seems to load.
Do you know why the following error appears every time I open cubase?

It crashes when loading your "lead melody" channel.

Try my own trick that I figured out:
1) load an empty/new project.
2) Now load the problematic/crashing project. When asked to activate, DO NOT ACTIVE.
Now move your "lead melody" channel/track to the bottom of the list of channels that you have. Then save your project under a new name, like "Project name - crashing channel at the bottom" or something like that. Close current project and the empty/new project.
3) Load the newly saved (new version) that you saved above. Hopefully it will load. If not, repeat the steps until you can open it. Look at where it halts before crashing, and move that channel down to the bottom (as well).
