PSP Audioware Lexicon PSP42 gives me a 10 seconds delay great for looping same as the ugly Augustus Loop from Expert Sleepers. Soundtoys EchoBoy and Crystallizer are another two beasts of a delay.
Edit. I forgot to mention Baby Audio Comeback Kid and Spaced Out wich are great too.

I use Dubstation 2 (which I got for free)
Bucket-500 (sounds really good)

And that's it, apart from that I have a somewhat big list of delays that I use occasionally (like Valhalla Delay, Objeq Delay, Echocat, etc)
I've been meaning to try Plexitape but its too expensive for now.

Oh hell yeah. It's such an awesome plugin for sound design, I forget it's supposed to be a delay first and foremost haha.

 

It's also crazy to me the Echoboy hasn't been mentioned at least once

Slightly 0ff-topic, if you are into hybrid setups Kemper and Fractal Audio have some nice delays (and reverbs), and you can incorporate then into a DAW environment using a reamp box. They also have other types of FX that complement the VST offerings.

I used it back before I knew what good delays were... it did have a nice mod section on it tho that you couldnt turn past 2 or 3 cuz it got retarded sounding
