Britney Spears Toxic strings

    Hi , anyone know a good library for strings that sound like this or how to get this sound ?
    Sound starts immediately.

    Native Instruments symphony strings. The relevant part is a bandpass filter.

    You need Small and Dry strings,
    maybe something like Venice Strings, or some other Chamber-like ensemble..

    And then give it some Grit by any means,
    Driving/compressing them, using EQ to filter the highs/enhance the lows etc.. :wink:


    PS: I agree Symphony strings could work, as they are pretty warm/colored too..

    Also LASS could be an option as they're very Dry and have a nice legato,
    it would be hard to make any library be as Fast/precise tho.. :yes:

    Naaaah.. even Britney's producers couldn't get those strings like that. It's a sample from a Bollywood movie :winker:

    Thanks for all the responses, it seems to be a difficult sound to replicate using a standard kontakt library. I enjoyed the arabic string library which gives a realistic sound and the sample breakdown video was informative.
