I recently discovered the world of podcasts, better late than never I guess, what are your favourite podcasts? Do you have any recommendations?

I've heard a few hundred podcasts from Sam Harris - nearly all really good.
They include a diverse range of interesting topics and well chosen guests. Sam's contributions are always intelligent.
A personal highlight for me is that he has sane perspectives on Philosophy of Mind, Consciousness, etc.

If you like more science-oriented and especially Physics... this one run by Sean Carroll.

Again - well chosen guests - always intelligent discussions. I've heard about a hundred plus of these, and only rarely disappointed. With these a slight pity that adverts intrude. I've taken to quickly pre-editing the ads out before listening.

These are a million miles away from the 'junk podcasts' that give podcasting a well earned bad reputation.
In both of the above, there is (mercifully) no nauseating show-bizzy trendy attempts at seeking publicity by just being a provocative prick or using contrived outrage, etc. Whenever there is actual controversy it's because two intelligent people are trying to sincerely figure something out in an authentic conversation. (with occasional exceptions where a guest has some wacky, but maybe still interesting, ideas that get dismantled)

    Update:
I'm finding the enthusiastic 'No's (already in the thread - above and below) interesting.
Looking to forward to reading the maybe emerging "I hate them because..." and "I love them because..." comments.
