    I loved this the first time that I saw this and am continually blown away by the energy and perfection of the musicians and the dancers. It's race angle is conceptually fucked up but the art and creativity says it all.

    those dancers and performers from the 1920s to the 40s were so amazing, it seems nobody is interested or wants to watch old B/W and silent films anymore, but there are just so many jewels and treasures in those old films but not many want to bother giving them a chance, maybe colorization would help bring them a larger audience nowadays.
