Production - heavy & over the top, as long as you I get some cool sounds/result.

    1. Live Stock Audio Effect - Overdrive, Tube, Pedal, Saturator etc.
    2. Neutron Exciter - been using this a lot lately
    3. Fabfilter Saturn 2 - boring, but it works
    4. Output Thermal - rhythmic saturation and mostly for destroying sounds.
    5. Heavyocity Punish - to punish them bitches!
    6. Izotope Trash 2 - exclusively on Convolve for some weird shits.
    7. Goodhertz Lossy 3 - to destroy stuff
    8. u-He Runciter - it's a filter but has some crazy awesome fuzz try it!
    9. many more depending on what comes to my mind, NANI, Sausage Fattener etc it doesn't really matter because mostly to destroy stuff and nothing subtle about it

Mixing - heavily for acoustic drums recordings that sounds weak without character, minimal usage for others, mostly to get things to pop out.

    1. Kit Plugin BB N105 - love the saturation on this preamp
    2. Kush Omega Series - N and A for drums here and there.
    3. Fabfilter Saturn 2 - multiband saturation and 90% of the time The Tube bM preset.
    4. Kazrog True Iron - for acoustic guitar recordings, the Hi-Fi preset.
    5. Process Audio Sugar - love that yin/yang shit for highs, multiband stuff
    6. Variety Of Sound FerricTDS - best for Tape saturation.
    7. ChowDSP Tape - another cool free tape sat.
    8. Fuse Audio VPRE-2C - gave me one wonderful result long ago, and been using it since for some tube sat.
    9. Izotope Ozone Exciter - multiband stuff

2bus/Mastering - 1db/2db max stuff just to get the mix up to the standard.

    1. Kush Blyss - this CPU eater has some really sweet sounding saturation
    2. Kush Clariphonic - a parallel EQ, exciter, but add some nice sweet highs
    3. BlackBox Analog Design HG2 - when the mix need some extra balls. On parallel of course.
    4. SIR StandardClip - clipping, before this been using the IK Multimedia Clipper
    5. Sonnox Inflator - to squeeze a little more after the limiter
    6. Izotope Ozone Exciter

I saw Lenno use the Ghz Tupe 3 multiple times and after trying it out myself i can't stop using it. Makes almost everything sound better in an addicting way

Love me some Ableton Saturator, unassuming and simple but very effective.

I wish it was available as a VST to use outside Live.

Camel Phat is such a versatile tool (that Magic EQ...) for sound shaping that I don't think of it as a saturator anymore, but you're right, unless you go mad it is a nice sat/warmer too.

not sure if it qualifies, but Vertigo Sound VSM-3 will be on any mix i do from here out
'Hifi your mix' preset and lower things to half of what you think is good lol
puts the air back in the mix

+1 to wavesfactory's spectre, psp saturator is also awesome, the saturator included in Kush Blyss, and the Kush Omegas... AND YES!: NANI.
