If all of your software licenses are transferable, have you considered a Mac Mini M1 ?

Hey Pal thank you for the input. Much appreciated
I am afraid Amd is out of the question for me.
you are the second person giving me advice on the PSU which is strange as on the net they say the combination of 3070 and i7 needs a 600W PSU
so I have to look into that.
yes I will be using Vray mainly with CPU rendering and real-time occasionally
as for the prices here they are (bear in mind buying from the net like newegg or amazon is impossible right now due to the crisis we are experiencing)

    ASRock B560 Pro4 DDR4 LGA1200 134$
    Intel Core i7-10700K 359 $
    2x HyperX Fury 16GB Beast (1 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) 140 $
    NZXT H510 CA-H510B-W1 Mid-Tower Case Black 82$
    Kingston SKC2500M8/1000G NVMe 1TB PCIe SSD 112$
Cooler Master MWE 750W V2 Bronze Efficiency PSU 74$
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L V2 RGB Liquid Cooler 57$
    WD My Book 8TB USB3.0 & USB 2.0 External Hard Drive 185$
    Zotac ZT-A30600F-10P GeForce RTX 3060 AMP White Edition 12GB GDDR6 1024$

thank you again for your time. cheers

haha they sure are sexy as hell but alas I am afraid these are out of the question.
I do like logic though it seems easy and clean to look at, just how I like software to be.
    thank you for the advice

Congratulations @Yellow Raven. And solidary greetings from Europe.
We noticed the big explosion in 2020, also that there is a lot of corruption in your country and foreign powers are destabilizing you.

I would not trust an Asrock motherboard, rather go with a bit more expensive Asus or Gigabyte [but still mid range priced, with only the features you really need] and I would definitely suggest at least a "gold" 750W Seasonic, Corsair, or EVGA PSU. Also, good air coolers like Noctua or Scythe are actually more quiet and more reliable, a better solution than water-cooling [temps tend to be a bit higher with air-cooling though].

Otherwise it seems like a fine choice for the amount of money. These newer NVidia cards [series 3xxx] have less DPC problems, so it won't be in the way of achieving crackless low latency audio.

    Cheers!

if you can wait a few months I would wait a few months for the new intel chips to be widely available (or to at least push down the prices of the older gens)

Motherboard might be bad for that CPU, its maximum cpu is 6/12 10400 or 11400. Get a better board with better VRM like MSI B560M Bazooka, Mortar or Pro-VDH. (can't recommend other brands cuz have had problems with them)
Also, with that board you wont be able to use more than one m2 slot with 10th intel CPU. To use both m2 slots you need 11th gen CPU or MSI boards that let you use 2 m2 slots with 10th gen.
Consider getting 12th gen intel because its performance is decent comparing to 10 and 11.
Also Ryzen (5900, 5950x, 5800x) are good but for me their price is high atm (probably because of Raptoreum and ppl mining on ryzen cpus)
SSD wise I wouldn't recommend Kingston. Have problem with their SSD atm (might not happen to you but anyway). Pay more but get Samsung 970 evo, evo plus or 980 pro. I would get Samsung if I were because I fucked up with Kingston thinking why would I pay more (plus their custommer support is shite, cant help me at all).
RAM I would suggest getting Crucial Ballistix U4 3600. All of them have good chips and could be overclocked with no problem.

Thank you for the input. I will consider the suggestions although it might rise the budget out of my reach.
I had my mind set on the Samung 970 or 980 but they are not available here.
    thxs again

    The Kingston KC2500 is NVMe™ PCIe Gen 3.0 x 4 Lanes.
I just bought the 2TB version - but the speed results were underwhelming, well below the 3500/2900MB/s suggested by Kingston. The top result is my WD Black SN750 compared to the KC2500 below. And yes, I swapped the drive M.2 slots to verify. The Drive is hardly SLOW - but the Write speed is a concern. Of course you might have better luck, and the price is pretty impressive for these Drives.

According to the New Egg PSU calculator, on paper your Rig requires 538 Watts, so 750W is fine. However instead of upping the Wattage I would spend a few extra bucks on quality.
    I would go for the

    Review:
    https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermaltake-toughpower-pf1-750w-power-supply-review

    Or

    Review:
    https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-rm750x-2021-power-supply-review

Also MSI have a new offering at a pretty awsome introductory price, it has almost no reviews yet but worth a hard look:
MSI PSU 750W ATX MPG A750GF, Full Modular, 80 PLUS Gold Certified, 10 Year Warranty

It will cost more but an 11th Gen CPU and matching mainboard will give you Gen 4 PCIE.
If you are going 10th Gen CPU and PCIE Gen 3 you may as well get an i9.

if you're going for RTX 3060, you might as well just get second hand GTX 1080 Ti, I don't think performance would be any worse, and the 750W PSU would still suffice imo,
now when I think about it, are you sure you want to buy new setup with prices that wild?
I mean, even in my country I'm seriously checking used market for computers, especially gamers are wildly rushing into latest tech and AMD, so older specced PCs (like 10th gen Intel) are being sold for very interesting prices
