R2R is the Robin Hood of hackers. They never profit from what they do, they clearly state beyond doubt to never make money from warez and never sell it and come down really hard on anyone who does. They encourage people who want to develop their skills and cannot afford tens of thousands of dollars but discourage anyone wanting to make profit from their work. While "Take from the rich and give to the poor" is not exactly accurate, the intent is much the same.
I remember some time last year I had watched the demo for World Suite 2 whilst my hunt for some ethnic instrument and found an uncracked version of the same library.. It was my dream to try it and voila! R2R made my dream come true..!! I'm soo very grateful to you for your hard work & contributions this year, R2R and I had the privilege to try out plethora of other plugins I could only dream of to ever try.. Take a bow R2R team.. R2R Fan all the way!!
Are there scene rules about how to release something i.e. can a team only release something if it's the full product rather than just close mics only for example, or downsampling from 24bit to 16bit? Because either of those would save lots of upload time and HD space. Or can they do whatever they like?

Not true. 4 new Falcon libraries appeared a couple of hours ago. Albeit 2 have already been taken down. Forget the R2R gong, we need some kind of a sister site gong so we can set our stopwatches when the next ones drop
But hey, they do not say that the DMCA request takes 1-2 days for the demolition, how is it that these libraries were published today and they have not even taken 6 hours and they are already deleted Someone explain to me?
I think what made people pay attention was the statement "WELL THE BAD NEWS IS THAT UVI IS NOW BLACKLISTED ON THE SISTER SITE" that was made earlier. I do not think I have ever seen the sister site blacklist anything. I have seen them receive notices to take things down and take them down, but to my knowledge, they tend not to blacklist uploads.
