Im on Mac but im just going to buy a PC to run Audiogridder so i can run Great Plugins like this on my Mac
well i have them in uvi lib and in that one i use seperate folders, for now only have 2 in them, factory lib and waverunner. also i'm running windows on that macbook, always had 2 for my liveshows, 1 for sound and 1 for video and the one for video has enough space to have 2 separate partitions of which one is for windows we dont really spend much time to get it to run depending on how we install windows, it could be on a VM or on a seperate partition and from there it's quite easy, i used windows for years on my imac before FL studio had a native OSX version
He or she just has to call up this folder and there are installation instructions in the folder! C:\Program Files\TEAM R2R\UVIEMU UVI Falcon + UVIEMU Release - Black Friday Edition Install Falcon -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Uninstall previous version(s). Install Falcon. Enjoy! Are you new to Flacon? -> Read Falcon manual (file will be installed). -> Learn how to locate the library. Install UVIEMU -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you already have updated UVIEMU installed, skip this step. Uninstall previous version(s). They will, I recommend taking a look at the definitive guide I posted if you want to get very simple step by step instructions. Alternatively, you can read the manual that gets installed in the UVIEMU directory but it doesn't do any hand holding.
Sure, this method works, I mean I used it before I wrote that guide from before. But sometimes it's just way more straightforward to have a step by step guide that goes into detail. While you and I may be able to follow this release easily and discover it as we go, some people prefer guides that are step by step and let them know about potential pitfalls along the way. Not everyone's familiar with registry editing or cracking software - for some this may be an outlier and they just want to use their paid libraries without ILOK or have the time or patience to figure things out. As such it's possible to mess things up one way or another and a bit of help that clearly outlines how something's done goes a long way.
Installation instruction for the UVI - Falcon v2.5.3 VSTi / Emulator / Factory / Expansions Falcon VSTi 1.) Download and Unrar the " UVI.Falcon.v2.5.3.Incl.Emulator-R2R " 2.) Thanks, this is a great guide! I'm sure some will find this useful, and I'll link to it from my guide edit: Linked! Thanks so much for the write-up! Last edited: Nov 27, 2021
i think this was the strangest major release by r2r. east-west never appeared even though it was announced, and the uvi stuff stopped coming early on black friday and then just stopped before it got very far. and all the early releases are already pulled by dmca. crazy!
i don't know. i actually bought an 8tb external drive especially for this weekend. no reason to even open the box yet.
hahaha me too, i´ve ordered a 14tb hdd for this , lets hope that the East West Stuff with all the beautiful Expansions will come up....PRAY !
Do you mean effects and such? We'll have to wait and see. As for other libraries, things are currently in the pipelines and need to be released/counted until the posting is resumed Last edited: Nov 27, 2021
no offense to anyone who is working on that project, but it has been at least 24 hours since any uvi stuff has been released. you would think that by now at least a few things would have been sorted out enough to make them available.
The thing is, this isn't a job for most people and you're also dealing with timezones among other things. Coordinating can be hard especially when it's so much stuff to so many different people in such a short time. I think it's fair to give people at least a few days especially with thanksgiving having been and the weekend being a thing. Everyone will get their stuff soon enough and for free at that. I know for a fact that more libraries are being sent all the time as I've been getting a lot of DM's for help requests all day (hence the guide I posted). Besides, some collections are extremely big and people's internet speeds may not all be fast enough to keep up, especially when you go through VPN's and such, before everything is sent around and put on UL and RG you quickly are hours further for just a few libs, nevermind what could probably be a hundred of them with dupes to filter out, versions to check and things to repackage. Don't worry, I know for a fact that everyone's working their hardest to get stuff sorted. For now I think we should just make some music with what we've gotten, I know I will!
thanks for the update. like i said, i didn't mean to offend anyone. it just seemed to me as an outsider like nothing was happening.
