    This site is becoming less and less enjoyable.
    There is some malicious s**t going on this website's hosting.
    Every click tries to invade and re-direct you to scams.

    It is just cloudflare trying to protect this website from attacks. It is normal. Maybe you were using VPN.
    Edit: oh yes.. you were using VPN (I saw the picture again). It happens cloudflare service. It is not bad, completely normal.

    It's DDOS protection through Cloud Flare or other CDN. If you use a VPN, you will usually see this at many places. That means that bots or others use the IP range from your VPN provider to attack / DDOS sites, and they get blacklisted, and one must go through captcha or other controls to ensure real users.

    In his pic the VPN is off. I'm using Opera too with VPN and don't have this problem.

    This. It happens on many sites. Cloudflare is a giant, and protecting sites one their main services.

    They fucking bought the 1.1.1.1 IP for their DNS. I can't even imagine how much money they're handling.

    This seems to be a Cloudflare issues, as it has popped up for me on many CF-protected sites.

    Their Status Page has some outages, but this incident as of today seems to be the culprit:
