Hello, I'm selling my Pro Tools Perpetual License! It was bought on Jun 24, 2021. So the product is recently bought. I am selling Pro Tools because I want to switch DAWs and spending $440.64 CAD was too much. I am looking to sell the product for $430 or so.

no one (sane) is going to buy expensive software "indirectly" (second-hand, license transfer type of transactions), for something like a 10$ discount. just because of any possible risk/BS involved. You will be lucky to get out of it as only a 50$ mistake, imo. That is probably pushing it.

 

From that one year support of the perpetual license 4 months are already gone.
The perpetual licence won't expire, but after that year it wont be upgradeable, not
even with money involved.
So those 10 bucks off are unrealistic imho.

Most PT users go for the subscription model.
Having a perpetual license only makes sense for someone who is using it as dubber or as a synced video player
on a second machine and is going to keep that setup for about 4 years.
I hope you find a buyer without loosing to much money, I totally understand that you wan't to switch daws.

Avid is very careful about such sellers and buyers and makes everything to be easy and easy to convey the right to the product. All this will take you only one month of your life and 100 grams of nerve cells.
