Beautiful melancholic composition

 

Thanks a lot for your kind feedback, guys, I always welcome any appreciation or criticism of my music. It is a quite melancholic melody indeed, it was written for a scene where the main character is recovering in the hospital from a serious mental illness, so you can already imagine how emotional this scene is going to be with my track. I'm currently working on a more serious, "action style" track which I'll possibly post here again, let us all hope I won't make it sound dull

You did an amazing job, I love this. I like how you made the release of your piano chords swell back up by somehow bringing up the resonance of the reverberating strings before the next chord. Don't know if that's intentional or not but I'm betting that it is. Congrats on landing a spot in the film soundtrack too!
