after deleting the sound, where are they stored?

    In fl studio you can see them here:
    [​IMG]
    and you can drag and drop them into a playlist to redraw them.
    And in reaper, I removed the sound from the playlist, but I want to bring it back and draw it on the playlist, then what? Do I have to go back into my sample pack to find it there and move it to the playlist?
    Help me. (Ohhhh this migration from fl studio :snuffy::dunno:)
