    I recommend:

Korg Volca Keys - 135 EUR
3 voices, 3 VCOs, 1 VCF, 1 VCA, 1 LFO and 1 EG, Voicing function, Delay effect, Loop sequencer, Number of buttons: 27

    Introducing KORG volca keys

An overview of the Korg volca keys, three note analogue synthesizer.
Presented by its hardware designer and chief engineer, Tatsuya Takahashi, it shows some of
the synthesis and sequencing capabilities highlighting the powerful automation features.

Better save a little and buy a real synthesizer.

Korg Micro Korg Analog Modelling Synthesizer - 349 EUR

These are three different machines with three different purposes.
Uno is the most modern and flexible of the bunch. If that's your first synth I recommend this one.
Don't buy TD-3, unless you need exactly it. It's a more specific synth driven by a sequencer, built for rhythmic parts in live environments. Its sound design capabilities are rather limited.
Volca Keys also have a specific character and workflow, although it's s for sure more flexible than TD.
So for a first synth I'd go with Uno for a simple reason that it can do pretty much anything, and do it well. Then figure the stuff out from there and buy additional ones if you feel like you need them.

THAT BEING SAID I never once in my life worked with hardware synths, so I might be missing something important. Also you didn't tell us what you're looking for in a synth

TD-3 will only give you TB-303 style basslines, it is the least versatile of the 3, only if you want 303 sound, but nothing else.

Korg is nice but pretty hard to handle : very small knobs, ok it's analog but you cant save your sounds ... it could be tricky to use for a first synth.

Uno synth is probably the most versatile of the 3. Least knobs than the Korg so less intuitive, but wider sound range. Down side : no standard midi sockets ...

They were probably recommending the SKULPTsynth SE which is in the same price range, and 4-voice polyphonic, with a similar case style to the UNO, which would put it as the most versatile of the 4 for only a slight extra cost (€199)

If your budget allows for it I would suggest getting a(2nd hand) Novation BS2 (basstation2)

Real time control of most important parameters, so very accessible to newbe's, it's analog, paraphonic, a serious MOOG37Sub contender, presets, (free) online editing software...

Thank you all, but in Argentina what can be achieved is very limited and the prices are expensive.
Synthesizer Ik Multimedia Uno 284 eur
    2 Behringer Td-3203 euros
Korg Volca Keys Polyphoni analog used 150 eur and new 229 eur
    only these brands are accessible

I was gonna recommend Behringer Pro-1, that is kinda in your price range and it's easy and straight forward to program, cheap, and has Sequential DNA in its sound. Has built in simple sequencer but no preset though. Getting one for myself soon. I have a Alesis Micron (which is also good sounding VA synth for 1st synth, preset style, programmable through Hypersynth VST) up for sale to fund my Deepmind 12 purchase first.

go to minute 34 for conclusion.

I'd go for Volca Keys for the sheer bang for the buck (or polyphony), but if you want to create presets instead of pure knob twiddling then Uno.

That is very sad and you are clearly disadvantaged!

Here in Germany, for example, you can order from thomann and they will send a package by DHl to Argentina for € 50! + -

Of these three Uno will get you the farthest.
Volca Keys is somewhat inflexible outside of its scope (that being chord sequences) and isn't meant to be used alone. Also true analog recall, everything with your hands. TD-03 is only good for sequenced acid basslines. pa-pawow-pa-pawow
Uno is monophonic, but otherwise has everything.
