Sound Like Singing vocal with autotune & high-pitched voice , some effect like flanger , chorus etc

 

You are right! It could be:
-- the normal sung vocal with autotune +
-- a high pitched one with something like Little Alterboy or Auburn Graillon +
-- also maybe a low pitched vocal, lower in volume.

 

I can hear autotune for sure + drastic EQ + maybe some sort of narrowed chorus or comb filter modulating with the vocal note changes.
The use of VocalSynth is strongly possible IMHO, I think I hear the type of grain coming for a vocoder but I can be wrong on this . Also
Interesting narrow to wide transitions by the way !
I think the best way to find is to try experimentations
