How do I keep my windows sized?

    First screenshot as it was:

    And as I did:

    But after restarting the program, the view of this window is reset as in the first screenshot, I tried to do this in the project settings alt+enter, but it does not help? How do I save the state of the window view as in the second screenshot?
    I need to make it look like the second screenshot, but the reaper keeps resetting on restart, I don't know how to save this state. Help.

    Just decrease the vertical size of the master track.

    @No Avenger I need to widen the toolbar meter on this window, but after restarting it resets back

    If you have SWS / S&M extension installed, you can save a screenset and use this to load it at startup:

    1. the toolbar can be as wide as you want, this doesn't affect the way the master track is displayed
    2. toolbar meter?
    3. you mean, when you reopen the project, the layout has been reset?

    @No Avenger I do this, I expand this indicator backlash, but still after restarting, this indicator is reset
