    Hi, I´m trying to use Project sam´s Pandora (simphobya 4) and I get this error. I use KLC for the nkcint files, always working....
    Kontakt adds the libraries without problem but when trying to load an instrument I receive this error.
    I´m under win 10 64 bits, kontakt 6.2.2 Nuendo 10.
    Any Idea??

    hey hope someone can help. looking for a solution for hours because all my "gravity packs" (vocalise 1 & 2, scoring guitars 1 & 2) are putting the same error message... btw did you checked all your SNPIDs? some people say it's because of identical SNPIDs between 2 librairies... checked mine and I have no doubles xd...

    How do we check the SNPID and change them? I have Win 10 and latest Kontakt.

    In the .nicnt file that is in the library folder.
    Open with TextEdit or whatever you have; change and save.
    If you had already tried adding the library and it didn't work you may also have an incomplete .xml file created in Service Center for the library too.
    This is usually created after Kontakt has seen the .nicnt upon adding the lib.

    Most commonly, the .xml will have a SNPID # of <000> when it doesn't add properly.
    You can just change that in TextEditor too, to the SNPID stated in the .nicnt.
    I reckon some of you here have that particular problem...

    Oh, and if any of you have a .tmp file appear on your desktop upon trying to Add Library, you can change the file format to .xml and add it to Service Center.
    It should be the same info as in the .xml

    Hey.
    Well that looks like a legit .nicnt to me.
    Did you check the .xml for <000> SNPID ?

    @Gino09 I need to know which version and team of Kontakt.
    And please pay attention in future.
    I don't dig having to repeat what you missed and re-quote myself.
    You are un-helping me trying to help you.
    So you un-help yourself.
    Or something like that! hehe

    IT's Kontakt 6.6.1 Full. I looked in the Service Center,,I don't see ARk 4 .xml ,,,,but I don't see ARK 1 .xml either but the library is working fine. I don't use Add Library so I don't have .tmp file on my desktop.

    @Gino09
    I just updated it to explain. I didn't know!
    I thought you had a dodgy lib which is why you were asking to check the SNPID # and asking how to find it!

    And why did you edit my quote to say something about sarcasm I didn't say? :yes: :dont:
    Do you work for the tabloids! hehe jk.

    Okay, thank you for your help! et cetera :)

    If you had looked well at his comment you would have noticed that it's the quote tag that didn't worked well, and his answer was included in the quote. He haven't modified your words....
    You're always ready to jump at first excuse...

    @Gino09

    All Ark libraries from Orchestral Tools work as is, as i mentioned here, no need to change the SNPID or anything, delete the library from regedit and send me a message and i'll upload the nicnt file.

    ps if you change the nicnt file re add the library and you encouter any kind of error it means that a manually added library is broken because it is already using the SNPID from this library...
