I loved this! Exceptance, with humour, of each other's ways and/or foibles! Just as we'd have to if we were physical neighbours. Thank you. In-jokes = a bit like family.
It isn't a problem for me. Like the people who pass our laws and implement our policies, I live in a well-to-do area. 95% of the people who live in my neighbourhood are people who look like me, talk like me and share a cultural background with me. Wealth and power will always insulate *some* people from the negative impacts associated with migration. Also, your predictions re. climate change probably need revising.
When you hire an entertainment lawyer you don't know what relationships they already have with people in the industry.
The big companies always have their own legal department. The common practice is that they are litigated and sued and the process dragged out until they are broke.
I'm not so quite sure about that article (which I needed to listen to as I was not allowed to read it) as besides the headline clickbait had no real information based on what has changed in the data, only mentioning that the new models are 33% less severe than previously predicted which leaves great room for the continued and unabated sea rise levels of the near future. It all smacked of stenography but not of journelism. If you could screen grab the article I would read it.
