I recently bought a Win 10 computer and reinstalled all my programs. Everything works except Kontakt 5. It keeps reverting to Demo mode. I disconnected from the internet before install.

NOTE: I use an NI Komplete Audio 6 for audio interface.
NOTE: Kontakt 5 is from ASSiGN

You don't need to go offline, stay online during the installation. Always read the enclosed NFO with the installation instructions carefully. If you should go offline, this is written in the installation instructions.

You can always install "Online", unless it is explicitly stated in the NFO, "Install offline" "(Example: First make your PC offline).

Update Your Product (Library) Information

If you don't have "NativeAccess.xml", or your file is outdated,
copy included "NativeAccess.xml" to :
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\

If valid product information will be missed in those XMLs, you will have following issue :
- error message is shown when you load that product,
- you cannot even make the product activated.

If you are using NativeAccess application, the latest "NativeAccess.xml" file will be installed.
However, keep in mind that legit NativeAccess can invalidate the licenses generated by R2R.

NI-RAS3 System Licenses are to be stored to here:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\Native Access\ras3\
Manage (Delete, Move, Revert) license yourself when you need to.
