80s-style bass

    I've always wondered how to make this kind of bass (at the beginning). Is that a Moog?

    Digital synth with slow chorus any common digital synth will get you that sound, just play with the chorus fx to achieve same desired sound.

    Btw there is a slight phase sound but that could be youtube artifacts.

    I think that could be an oberheim... you might try the op-x (II) vst for that kind of sounds...
