For reasons Im too embarrassed to discuss in public I downloaded the XLN official installer and checked out a few instruments. All very nice. Now, no matter how much I dig and delete there is still SOMETHING lurking in my system that tells the sister site plugins that they are demos. Of course Ive deleted all that gets installed but there must be a sneaky file buzzing around my Mac that makes a new clean install demo only.

Any ideas, you computer geeks?

Then restart the PC and then reinstall it.

Just drop the app you want to delete onto this, then everything is taken care of.
If you already deleted the application file by putting it in the trash (you shouldn't),

Yes, no. I used Clean My Mac to delete the application and all associated files.

...but something remains...

 

Create another user, install again, and see if that helps.
Do you block outgoing traffic with Little Snitch or Lulu?
