wtf is going on with the ads?

    okay, i was annoyed when i started hearing audio from the ads on this site and audioz over the weekend, but i didn't say anything cuz i can live with that. but these ads for brazzers are going to get me kicked off the computer if my wife ever walks in and sees them.

    Try Firefox ..
    With Add Ons
    Adblock Plus
    Adblock Plus Pop-up
    Updated Ad Blocker for Firefox

    But .. just recent .. still get sound ...

    i'm using chrome with adblock plus.

    here's something odd - about ten minutes after i made the original post in this thread, i stopped getting the porn ads. how strange is that?

    I use Opera 12 which has built-in pop-up blocking, I don't see any ads at all.

    Firefox, Adblock plus, Element Hiding Helper, RIP, NoScript - haven't seen any ad in years. :wink:

    i visit atleast 1 time a day audioz without popup/ad blocker :)
    its the CTX ad in the left under corner which is pleasing us with some audio *yes*

    anyway its ok to support audioz with a few ad views a day.

    lol, there can't be no Audio ADS on AudioSEX, because AudioSEX only uses Google AdSense, and they don't do that shit *no*

    as for AudioZ, i'm constantly fighting it by sending reports to the advertiser, to permanently remove that crap. Last time i saw them was about a month ago.
    If you still see banners with autoplay audio, please make a screenshot and send it to me.

    I deactivated my adblocker for audiosex because I want to help SAiNT, hes making money with these ads... But ads with audio is just very annoying!

    I still will never understand women's inability to deal with a guy even having a browser ad of a porn site on display. In my opinion all relationships should start with an understanding that...we're men...that's what we do. I always tell women that if you're not ready to be open to the fact that your boyfriend or husband watches porn then you're not ready for an adult relationship. However I can understand it being a weird moment when the kids see a Brazzers ad when they walk by. :wow:

    Luckily every girlfriend I ever had was not only open to it but watches it too. Now that's love. :rofl:

    You can prevent that some shit takes over your audio engine by using a script blocker like Noscript.

    My notebook is for multimedia purposes only. My Audio PC dont have internet access, and you know what: It runs just fine, still as good as the day I got it.
    Internet messes with your PC: temporary files, constantly running anti-virus/malware software, regulary virus scans, still the possibility of having a fuckloud of malware and viruses on your computer... Also when you use the internet you most likely download shit, much shit... I download perhabs 750 pictures a month... I guess others download some kind of crap too and waste their hard drive.

    With audio engine I meant your notebooks audio card of course. I don't let some stupid website fiddle with my loud speakers, those blinking/popup ads are annoying enought. Don't know if Noscript also blocks HTML5-audio though.

    @SAiNT yesi got them always when im online with my iPad3 and safari (i know i shouldnt use safari, but i havnt find the time to get an other browser for the eggpad :rofl: )

    don't do that. 90% modern sites depend on JavaScript. Noscript plugin is a disaster.

    that is really weird. i will send it to the advertisement company. thanks

    except IE, they're all good these days, as long as you keep them updated (which happens automatically now). :wink:
