Hi guys
I need some help I’m having problems with some of my native instruments products . First one is reaktor 6 (6.4.2) I’m running Mac OS big sur on a intel Mac mini . Reaktor 6 works in standalone and inside of maschine as vst . But in logic x 10.6.3 I can’t get reaktor to validate Every time I try to rescan reaktor it crashes the au validation tool throwing up warning messages in the crash log and saying in plugin manager not authorised . I’ve tried reinstalling from native access but that hasn’t helped the only part of reaktor that is validated In logic is the reaktor mfx . 2nd problem maschine Is constantly crashing when closing . I’ve updated both apps to the latest update . Is there any fix for this as I don’t want to go back to os Catalina as it was even worse with other studio equipment I’ve got . My macki controller was freezing under Catalina hence the switch to big sur where it’s performing great but now my ni products are playing up . Hoping there’s a easy fix out there.

Thanks for help mate . I’ve managed to fix reaktor by moving the au plugin to the desktop re open logic with it missing then closed logic re added the plugin back to au folder , rescanned in plugin manager and that worked it fixed reaktor validating in logic . Standalone I still have the issue of it crashing and maschine but I’m not bother about standalone . Thank you for you’re help mate appreciate it

Thanks mate all’s working plugin wise just standalone still crashing when closing . But I’m not bothered about the standalone . As long as it works in logic that’s ok . I had a reply from native instruments and there advice was to delete the plugins , plist files which I had areasy done . It didn’t work .

 

I am using Big Sur and Reaktor in Maschine and Logic without any issues.

My advice would be:

• Get pkgUninstall App and run it
  
• Search for Reaktor
• Uninstall all the Packages related to Reaktor6
• Reinstall Reaktor 6
• Patch it
• Run these Codesign Fixes:
• sudo codesign -f -s - /Applications/Native\ Instruments/Reaktor\ 6/Reaktor\ 6.app
• sudo codesign -f -s - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Reaktor\ 6.component
• sudo codesign -f -s - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Maschine\ VSTs/Reaktor\ 6.vst
• Run the app and close it
• Open Logic/Maschine and the plugin should be scanned and work after that

 

DeQuarantine and CodeSigner is what you need

 

Thanks I’ll try uninstalling again that’s what NI suggested I did try this first but I’ll do it again . I shouldn’t need to de quarantine or codesigning all my native instruments plugs are legit I couldn’t see that helping as I’m installing direct from native access . I managed to fix the au plugin and vst by removing them and re adding again , then rescanned in plugin manager logic . My only issue is with the standalone at moment and it only happens when closing the app . I’ll try what you’ve suggested and reinstall again. Thank for the advice
Edit forgot to say maschine is all working again after update . No more crashes in standalone
