BEAT16 - you're All over the place aren't you - VNV Nation to Dire Straits

    How about this

    Photek - 1997

    Haujobb - 1996

He comes from an Industrial background but he started experimenting with dnb and gave it a new twist

and one can't forget IDM Blowin' up in that decade.

IDM standing for 'Intelligent Dance Music' and EBM not EDM like now but EBM for the industrial techno in the 90s standing for 'Electronic Body Music'

    lol

    Autechre - 1995

When talking about 90s (and about any other decade) usual songs/tracks come up to our mind, mainstreamers. Trying not to mention songs/tracks which have been mentioned ad nauseum, I'll give you some names not that popular:

Republica - Drop Dead Gorgeous (1996)

Sveen Van Hees - Freakysthan (1996)

    Gus Gus - Why? (1995)

    Empirion - Narcotic Influence 1 (1994)

    Leftfield - Original (1994)

    Laika - Breather (1997)

Transglobal Underground - Temple Head (1993)

    Astralasia - Mother Durga (1995)

    Green Velvet - Flash (1995)

Green Velvet - Preacher Man (1993)

And finally, technically not from 90s, but almost...
The Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist (2000)

@itsybitsy_ I like your selection, sir.

I wasn't listening to this kind of music in the 90s, as it was simply not present in my local culture, but now, knowing a lot more about music, I can say this is my favourite 90s act.

The second most favourite must be this.

But dare I say music got way better after 90s. At least the styles I listen to.
