I appreciate the feedback...But you really should give something a chance before ruling it out. This one is way different from all those older plugins that many were developed using maize. Studio by StudioLinked has better sound quality and more powerful than any of our past releases. But anyways i love yall, support us or not...I really appreciate this community

 

I honestly appreciate everyone in this community...Super cool vibe of people here. We do appreciate any feedback good or bad. I do wish their was more honest feedback here. None of you have actually tested the product just bashing it cause you think it looks cool to talk crazy online haha. Love everyone here still

from what i understood studio is build to act like kontakt but with its expansions on the left and FX section
on the right and sounds (presets/instruments/loops ) in the middle which looks okay i guess

actually i did 2 hours of testing the free trial of studio
my complain still stands even with studio want to act like kontakt but only to serve the hiphop and rap genre producers
with certain beats style like arabian and african beats

we have enough bread and butter sounds from nexus 2 early expansions and they still sound amazing today
but the sounds need major improvment ,

but if you want getting good advice from me as ex costumer here it is :
studio need to start HIRING top sound designers/A-list DJs to build sounds/Expansions/libraries for studio
withall kind of genres (not just focusing on hiphop/rap)and keep pushing from there to improve your current beatmakers in to learning tree
to push the product to be acceptable by all musicians not just beat makers

you guys need an expert who can do all,someone like plugin guru john skippy used to do for spectrasonics omnisphere
someone who can use studio and build new sounds to serve other genres like EDM disco/pop/trance/house/retro/80s/70s/60s
without copying expansions from kontakt or nexus or other current plugins ,people will recognize

This "scene" is becoming a "cliché" of itself.
"Trap" is the best "cliché" ever : i hear the SAME SOUNDS for more than 10 years !
Easy to create a "new" bank : recycle them AGAIN !

A guy like SSO / Industry Kit made most of his business recycling OTHERS banks.

Regardless of how good or bad the sounds are, "cloud based" completely made me walk away as fast as Roland did sometime back. So, no need for me to even investigate this. My DAW machine never goes online, especially during a session. Roland wound up regretting that decision. Eventually, StudioLinked will as well. Not interested.

 

aaaah please Studio Linked i have another request. Please can you adapt a rompler/vst so that people can fill it with their own sounds and then share with each other? that would be awesome. like maize sampler or something in this direction. it could have the same structure and everything you already developed everything like gui and effects and so on. it would bring the whole stuff to another creative levell. just open the thing up if you know what i mean that its not limited to the delivered sounds. the structure of the plugins would be cool for that somehow. and everybody has different desires in terms of sounds. (the cloud stuff and the sounds and midi is useless for me i wish i could just use the hull of something like infinit keys vst).

now you @Rockseller are a real one...First person apart of this community to leave good honest feedback...I agree with you 100% we will be opening STUDIO up in future versions of the plugin. To allow users to drag and drop in and out midi and custom sound content. The plugin officially just released last month and soft launched in April. So its still new and we wanted to force users to get use to working inside the VST before opening it up. But that is great feedback. Also, crazy that you mentioned maize sampler because we are working on a software to allow all music creators to build their own VST Plugins without any coding at the moment. Hope to have it released in the next 8 weeks. We will release more info on this in the next few weeks.

 

I have buyed plugins from your company so I don't speak without knowledge, useless because there are already too much plugins like yours, they sound like others and the price is not friendly for basic plugins, in the free "market" there are better plugins than yours, I have tapestop it's so basic, you can only adjust the slow down time not start time filter frequency but no resonance, and a tremolo amount without rate adjustment ?!!! All the design is in the GUI WTF!! I do have send you an email long time ago in 2017 to suggest to put an start speed option, resonance control for filter and a rate control for the tremolo, but I got zero answer, since 2017 the plugin is still in version 1.0 so you don't care to implement news functions you are just a brand of stupid money maker.

PS: I don't use a lot of plugins, I use some from Kush, Klanghelm and Sonimus because they do care about what the made, and they listen carefully to customers,
far from this company called studiolinked vst

thanks for replying. this sounds really cool. it's actually amazing we can talk to developers. the hate is just unnecessary. the ppl in the forum just don't belong to the target group of studio linked products, this is obvious. everyone does his thing in this industry and this is legit and takes nothing away from no one. if there is a dialogue and such things in the end everyone will profit. studio linked can widen the customer base and professionals or other customers may also get what they like and need...

i ment something to build vsts without coding like you mentioned, would be amazing and many will like stuff like that i have no doubt
