The plugin was free for a while. I think the technical term is "monetization"! Simply put, "make money".

Also, I don't think it was posted as new, unless it moved to the reviews and tutorials by Oly.
It is pretty much 100% self-promotion but I don't really see anything wrong with the man trying to hustle wherever he can.
He is reviewing and demoing something and maybe someone will buy in. Can't know till you try.
