I listen with foobar2000 v1.6.6 (has WASAPI pull output), any radio software can not match its audio quality. You must have the URL location for that.
For jazz, blues, classical rock, etc. the best I could find so far is:
    http://us2.internet-radio.com:8443
    Stream Website: www.megatoncaferadio.com
    - THE BEST MUSIC FROM THE 1920s to 1950s
    - OLD TIME RADIO COMMERCIALS
    - ORIGINAL VINYL RECORDINGS
    - 40s & 50s CIVIL DEFENSE PSA
    - SEASONAL SPECIAL EVENTS

From experience and some testing, I can tell that no matter what the nominal bitrate the stream is, most of the files the stations possess and use to stream are in 96-192 kbps range. Very rarely you can bump into a 320 kbps file streamed at 320 kbps (I met even 64 kbps). And many of those nominally 320 kbps files are just in fact re-encoded (fake) lower bit rate files.
They are also additionally compressed on the fly in order to keep the perceived loudness of the broadcast even. I doubt it is a good idea to record radio stations live streams, it is much better to find the file on some server and download it.

Oops, that was a bit surprising, so I just made some test recordings of my fav streams myself.
One station was limited to ~ 18kHz, all other streams went up to ~ 20kHz.

Maybe I was just lucky and you not?

    bit rate cut-off frequency compression
    1411kbps >20kHz 1:1
    320kbps 19.5kHz 1:4.4
    192kbps 18kHz 1:7.3
    160kbps 17kHz 1:8.8
    128kbps 16kHz 1:11
    96kbps 15kHz 1:14.7
    64kbps 11kHz 1:22
    32kbps 5kHz 1:44

Finding a good radio station is mission impossible: I can't help you. I guess it is easier to find a bizarre and non-globalized radio station
I use this website https://radio.garden/ the GUI is practical: it works like google earth.
I love to listen japanese radio drama, iranian music chart or uzbekistan news

Well, if you measured DC offsets (terrible), stereo offsets, disturbed panning (channel disbalance), stereo de-correlation, number of tiny (and some more pronounced) stream interrupts and took into account that in most cases that quoted frequency cutoffs happen on pure noise. And if you add to the list the highs pre-emphasis (mostly @7-12.5 kHz, +6dB on average) some stations use to render 'sound better'... [and forgot to say brutally clipped] you might get a different picture.

Ok, I try to learn and made these measurement too and could not verify any of it. DC offsets with one minor exception at 0,00x%, no phase issues, no stereo offset, no emphasizing of high freqs. Even dropouts are very rare.
I've once recorded hundreds of tracks from a station and am up to now not aware of a single dropout.

I downloaded the first file that appeared, with your recommended software [StreamWriter 5.5.1.0]
You can find much greater figures at times, but this is a first-hand illustration of what I was saying: Chanel disbalance.png Clippings 2.png Clippings.png Pre emphasis.png Radio DC offset.png

And here is what you might get from a nominal 320 kbps station (a 128 kbps actual file): Fake 320 128.png Fake Sreea graph.png
And just one more, really incredible example:
