Try re-exporting it. If you are happy with the mix fine, but to master it properly, you need to have a clean export/render. There are several competent mastering engineers on this site (I'm not one of them) who will possibly help but they cannot work with a glitch in the export.

Since he's asking for anyone a separate thread is appropriate.

The file seems to be a stereorized mono. It has three mistakes, typical for grabbed files. It has a frequency range of a mp3@320 file. Also on spectral view it seems like being remastered and it looks like it's been resampled.
Anyway, I did a quick 20 minute mastering of it.

It seems like it was recorded 3 years ago.

On principle not bad. I'd prefer a LUFS or two less and you ran into the same problem like I did. The vocs benefit from more high freqs but this makes the snare (amongst others) too sharp, IMHO.

yes, I checked that error but it damaged during the zipping stems i guess every file i've re imported got same glitch. unfortunately :(

i think i might be ok to apply some presets and try to understand them 'what they want to achieve' and maybe slightly turn the knobs. but i don't want to be a lazy. I will play with ozone to see what's going on.

Sure, I will mail to you!

thank you very much for your efforts! I really liked your master. It was really nice to see and observe my 'mixing' progress after mastered session.

Thank you for time to mastering my mix! There was a text file and it's saying "44.1 khz / 24 bit .wav files" . I did not any conversion during import phase on pro tools. It's cheesy maybe because of my audio interface during printing process. I could bounce through process instead of recording seperate audio channel inside daw before bouncing.

    I'll be waiting!

I wouldn't use an 808 snare in a track like this… I think a dry r&B rim clap from a real snare drum would be more appropriate.

That's according to your music taste, not his.

If he liked it, then so be it.

The key to being original is to do your own thing and not listen to anyone. The only thing one needs to have to become an original producer is to have trained ears, an original musical vision not influenced by anyone, and musicality, that's it. Nothing else.

Kindly don't try to tell him what's right. You're not him. He and everyone else on this planet have a different musical vision that separates them from one another.

Billie Eilish became so successful because of how original her work sounded because of his brother's production. If he listened to suggestions (like you have given) by people, then he'd have never developed his own sound.

    An Ozone preset! hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Legit.
Was jokes bro. But in saying that I've seen a guy on youtube master with an ozone preset tweaked it a little, using headphone have a hit and then that song ending up on an audio site as a good reference mix to use.

That's because he's hip hop 95. Knows all about it except for current luf levels and trends lol.
But I agree he's asking for a master not opinion on a snare.
    Yes!! Louder lufs!!!

I might do a master. Soft clip it all the way into a limiter but I'd also smash it with Ozone imager all the way down to 50hz 100% wide lol lol. Wide and loud!

I said I'm not a mastering engineer. everyone can do shit like me, it's not a contest with rules...
you are right about wide 50hz... I should cut it higher. tested that now, it was better sounding...
buuut yes, WIDE and LOUD, all the way up :bleh:
