plist question, please....

    Hi, people. This is something that has puzzled me for some time, so now I'm throwing it out there. Please look at the attached screenshot. Can anyone explain what the apparently random characters mean below the locked plist file and after the .plist?

    I've seen this on a few of my plist files, but not all. Is it OK to delete them? Not sure what they are at all.
