I see the fancy modulation matrix as in Saturn 2 :phunk:

While incredible like any FabFilter plugin, their delay was never a top hit like ProQ or Saturn...
Let's see how this time will do it, looks very interesting.

Come on FF, I love you more than I love my own dick, but you REALLY expect me to stop using Valhalla Delay?

i tried over the years a few times to get used to Timeless, but somehow its to complicated to get some easy delays out of it. Definitely agree with you there, Timeless was never a hit.

I'm a happy EchoBoy user, although I did try Timeless2 sometimes. But as ValhallaDelay is mentioned, do I really miss something essential that's worth the try?

UVI Relayer seems like a really comprehensive Delay, I wonder what Fabfilter could bring to the table against that one.

FF has a ton of Modulation in their Delay Plugin, made it to complicated for me.

I agree, but from the short vid this seems much more ergonomic than Timeless 2. The multitap section especially looks super easy to use as far as I can tell. Can't wait for the Dan Worall video for this one lol.

Crap... I was expecting Pro-G 2 with multi-band. Guess I'll have to stick to Pro-MB a while longer.

Valhallaa delay is so good, like I turn few knobs and its perfect. No messing around other controls and very good sounding delay. Also, the presets are very helpful.

    I don't think Pro-G would go multiband,
    more likely Pro-MB goes gate

Pro-G going multi-band would be awesome, Pro-MB can already do some sort of gating right ?

It's good that we have software engineers, because without you we would still be in the Musical Stone Age. The aim of the company is to develop a product that is better than others or cheaper than others.

In the best case scenario, we get software that is high quality and easy to use. In the worst case, the drivers are bad or the company goes bankrupt and there is no longer any support.

A very high level of quality plugins has been on the market for years. Many companies fight for the user's favor. How do I convince the user to buy my product? The best quality, expertise and the wealth of ideas and good graphic design of the user interface have given us better plugins. The FabFilter company has earned a very good reputation and is still on the market.

In the meantime, the big sell-off has started, as you can see at Plugin Alliance. The market is saturated. If you still want to earn money now, you have to invent or manufacture something that many musicians can use. At Waves you have seen that they have adapted to the market and have made all of their products 4 K Monitor ready.

A lot is of course marketing and customer loyalty. wintersale - Black Friday - Summersales - Buy 2 one is free etc. In the long term, the competition on the market will bring better products. Musicians will also grow back or be born. They will choose the best or the cheapest products. There are also parts of this planet that have no electricity and do not use computers.

If they all have electricity and the money to buy a computer, you will also become customers. So thanks to FabFilter for the great products and support.

P.S: Do you need another delay? Do I have the money for it?

no want to spoil the party, but i recently discovered Ableton Echo, can create wonderful Ping Pong delays, also filter delays and the 1/x values are just easier than the other controls.

And in combination with an LFO device i can also modulate parameters.

Anyway, if money is there and ableton is not your main daw, probably some of the stock plugins can do the same for you?
