    this has one of my favorite breakbeats in it. I have always thought it would go great with a comical hacking or crime scene. or Vegas.
    some sort of rope-a-dope.

    you've guessed it right, it's Seattle. If you know an amplifier maker brand Verellen, the frontman of the band is that Verellen (Ben).

    Another tangent...just watched a great doc on YT: "Why Am I Doing This?" about the 'joys' of touring for independent bands which heavily features Helms Alee. Lots of "oh shit, yes" recognition moments!

    It sure does! But if you like D-Beat then look to Crust Punk. A good mix of punk & metal. My favorite within punk, also.
