what kind of microphone is this?

    looks like:
    A) Normal mic with pad adapter (probably this one)
    B) Normal mic with ground lift adapter
    C) Normal mic with male to female adapter because of werd mic output connector
    C) Shoutgun mic inside of normal mic encasing because why not.
