How to make Vocals sounding like this

    Hi, How can i make Vocals sounding like this ?
    The vocals are to hear in the background almost the whole song...

    Outputs Arcade Hooked line sounds very similar, but how can i make this effects with VST´s and what vst´s i need...have a bunch but my results don't sound like this .
    the Vocals are sounding far away and pressed but a little bit unintelligible...dont know how to describe

    Autotune with high retune speed or something.
    Maybe a little bit of distortion like decapitator
    Blackhole or Valhalla Shimmer with 50% or less dry/wet.

    Input voice is super important, you must do it at higher octaves.
    1)Super fast retune speed, a little bit of flex if you have Pro version of Autotune.
    2)littleAlterboy to control the formants
    2.5) OPTIONAL: Some distortion
    3)Reverb 50+%
    4)Delay at midarnge PingPong.
