looking for two sounds/instruments

    I need to know what instruments or even effects are used to create the following two sounds:

    at the beginning, there is some sort of siren sound (starting 0:07 but also at 0:27), how do you achieve that sound?

    also, in the same video, starting from 1:41 till 2:15, what is that Egyptian sounding instrument? i heard it before, but don't know the name.

    0.:07 definitely Guitar :headbang:

    0:27 sounds like an oboe or bass clarinet :dunno:

    1:41 to 2:15 a zourna or duduk? or something similar :dunno:

    obviously lots and lots of fx added

    At 0:07 is electric guitar
    at 0:27 is a clarinet (distorted)
    and at 1:41 is definitely a clarinet played not in the classical way but the eastern way.(like this greek clarinetist Mr.Saleas)
