I think Vira ZI is a nice name for Virus TI.
Looks ok on the original.

haha, yeah, somebody had to! lol, anyway, it's just I saw in twitter someone tweeted wondering why up until now, all the films/tv series that already out not one of them picturing "the world" with pandemic going on. Just normal world. It is like everybody saying "not yet". I think same goes to the synth.

 

You mean the actual Coronalypse? Very few films/shows have been shot since the the pandemic started, let alone written.
But I get it, I guess some small ones could have been done for cable. Not exactly the best mood to seeing them now though.
For sure zillions of writers are working on scripts about it. We'll have a new genre when the Cobitch (start to) goes away.

Making a preview like this is quick and easy.
But redesign the whole interface, making from scratch separate elements, extended windows and dozens positions of the knobs isn't.
And You need to do all of this if You want the working interactive GUI.

Ahh, I gotcha! no worries because there's still a lot of work before the GUI becomes a thing, but it looks like there's plenty of volunteers so there shouldn't be a void. I'm curious if Jani from Mystery Islands ever responded.

as well as my favorite option is clear.

i prefer to have my "soundhack" or "clouds" as class for max/msp programming (as opposed to a fancy plug-in), so that it simply comes with audio-inputs instead of a GUI. then guess what is the first thing i do with it. ;)

that is the form you may send me a virus at any time.

It's for both. Mac and Win.

Yeah. Something like this is a good option for a start.

Something like Airwindows do.
But still You have to name the vst. You have to name all the faders, group them etc.

 

When I said GUI I mean graphic but mainly UI. Position of elements and names.
Yes. I think only UI without graphic will be a very good option for a start.
As I mention before Airwindows makes plugins without GUI.
His plugins has only very simply "UI". There are only mapping faders with names.

That's why we discuss here to find the best and simpliest solutions.

 

If you want to compile it for Mac, that's your thing.
Source code will be there anyways.

The DSP emu can be compiled for Linux and macOS. That doesn't mean that plugins will be available for each os immediately.
Don't get me wrong, there will be compiled versions for every OS, at least barebones.

But most likely scenario is that people start making their own builds out of it. And those can be Windows only / macOS only.
