i admit it, if if i have a license for stuff like Massive, Sylenth1 etc, its just easier sometimes to grab the working warez version.

Its just extra work to go through installing NI Access or to just find your serial for Sylenth1 (which you have somewhere), Same for Valhalla, its just one click to download it, while finding your login data again.

And i think there are a lot musician/producers having bought it, but are to lazy ...

Of all the Vst I bought, I use only one's license.
All the other ones, sorry but no time for 5 step licensing method, or install drivers etc ..

But I recognize that using it publicly in a video is another step.

It's what I always try to warn ppl about.. We can only speculate if and when. But, there is a date and time when the guy (supposedly) bought/had the license. If he did not have it at the time the sample pack was released at PIV records they are all possibly in trouble. The least that can happen is that labels may avoid working with him in the future..

Don't get me wrong, I really hate how devs are punishing (mostly legitimate) users with their crazy protection schemes and such.. but when you plan selling your production and/or going public this way, you better triple check your shit.

Hey come on, maybe Aron Volta is an alias and his real name is actually Team Air. LOL Might be cheaper just to legally change his name to Team Air now.

Can we have a facepalm over here please?

Very lame (like always), no matter if you have a license but still want to use the warez version, if you record tutorials or provide pictures from your stuff it's just a small part of the whole story to check if everything's legit, otherwise you're not helping yourself at all, marketing wise.

It reminds me of a lot of similar examples, like producers who want to sell their sample or preset packs, but didn't do a recheck. So as a customer you'll end up with a puzzle like spelling mistakes, wrong names, things not in alphabetical order, folder structure that doesn't make sense, no continuity, missing parts (!) etc. .. I mean come on.

Btw, I prefer the legit stuff instead of having to choose from legit or warez, really don't see any reason why I shouldn't. You paid for it and you're always uptodate, so what's the point otherwise? Having all your serials saved in a note file and installers in an easy to find folder is just a simple solution. And going through the installment process shouldn't be a problem either. Especially when I think of all those things I had to do sometimes in the past to make a plug-in eventually work (besides the ready-made installers obviously). Anyway, I'm not judging of course!

But at this point in time, if you click on the link and look at the picture that is posted now. " Team Air" is blurred out. If that doesn't let all of you know that something, I don't know what else to tell you. Warez Schmarez!

He may own it, but uses the crack becuase it is easier. I recently reinstalled my DAW system, and all the legit stuff was a major pain in the butt to get working, so I just decided to use the cracks of all the legit stuff I own to avoid all the hassle. Especially Native Instruments stuff.

That's it. I also use pirate versions of stuff I own. But man, don't "advertise" your pirate version in a popular website. :deep_facepalm::hahaha:
Could be, but my money is in the readers alerting them. Not on the regular comment section though (if it even has one).
